NCDC – 354 New Cases Of COVID-19 Recorded In Nigeria

According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), 354 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Nigeria on Thursday, August 6.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) indicates that the FCT had the highest number of fresh cases – 78,  and is followed by Lagos with 76.

Borno–6 and Ekiti  -6.

However, Nigeria now has 45,244 confirmed cases of the viral disease. 32,430 patients have been discharged so far with 930 deaths recorded.

Femi Adesina – If You Calm Down, You Will See Buhari’s Achievements

Femi Adesina has said that Nigerians will only see the achievements of the President Muhammadu Buhari if they “calm down”.

 

Adesina stated this in an article he published titled ”Why We Need to Calm Down’.

Making reference to a viral video of the little Oreofeoluwa Babalola pleading with his mother to calm down.

Adesina said Nigerians need to calm down and stop being angry about the problems plaguing the nation.

 

”But if the truth is told, that message from the boy is for the entire country. We need to calm down.
